Viper BYS 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions

•	Subject to the conditions stated herein, if for any reason the end user customer is not completely satisfied with the Viper System purchased through the BYS website, the end-user customer may return the Viper System within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, including installation fees and any required third-party components. In no event will the refund exceed the amount on the original invoice;

•	Viper System must be configured and purchased through the online BYS website;

•	Viper System must be installed by an Authorized Viper 5-Star Dealer;

•	Customer must attempt to resolve initial concerns with original installing dealer before initiating online Satisfaction Guarantee process;

•	Customer may only enter the online Satisfaction Guarantee process if original installing dealer is unable to provide a solution to the customer’s complaint regarding their Viper System;

•	Customer can only initiate the online Satisfaction Guarantee Process by submitting online claim form;

•	On-line system Satisfaction Guarantee claim must be submitted within 60 days of purchase;

•	Directed reserves the right to verify the accuracy and authenticity of any Satisfaction Guarantee submission, including but not limited to, the sale of the Viper System, installation, activation, and claim form;

•	No Viper System may be returned to Directed without RMA and Directed’s approval;

•	All authorized refunds will be provided by the original installing dealer, or an authorized alternative, at Directed’s sole and absolute discretion;

•	Directed is not responsible for any refunds related to any non-Viper products;

•	Online Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to systems sold and installed in the United States of America;

•	Directed reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, or update the terms and conditions by posting updates to the terms and conditions;

•	No refund will be given if a returned system has been tampered with;

•	Directed is not responsible for negligence or willful misconduct of any dealer or installer;
